One of the nicer shops, but unfortunately without McCafe. The star trigger is available for the slightly too open seating area.

Were at the mc Drive counter on September 18, 2020 at around 5:15 p.m. / 5:30 p.m. The good woman at the counter was extremely polite and friendly. The food was "handed out" while mouthful and tasted very good! The order was implemented excellently, nothing was missing. It's been a long time since I had such a good Mc Donalds. Thanks to the whole team!

The Corona regulations are implemented well, but unfortunately it was not always ensured that the customers take the right exit.

The best McDonalds we've been to so far. The service was incredibly friendly. We sat outside and our dogs were even brought water. The food was fresh and delicious. Gladly again :-)

Very clean and we had our meal very quickly

I ordered something in the drive and didn't get it. But I only noticed this at home. When I went back to pick up my missing burger (€ 4.49), I was just handed the bag without the slightest excuse or "have a nice day". I also ordered Spicey Nuggets but got the normal ones instead. Unfortunately, it's not the first time this has happened either. One thing is certain. I will never go to this store again. With such unfriendly and incompetent staff.

Always nice to sit at McDonald's in Kappeln it's clean, mostly not so full, nice fresh air from the schlei and from the Baltic Sea and the employees are consistently all in a good mood must be in the sea air
